First, the production capacity is strong. Under normal circumstances, if the design is more reasonable, then the production capacity of the packing tower of formaldehyde equipment can reach a very good state. It should be known that mass transfer is accomplished by rising steam and relying on the countercurrent contact of gravity falling along the surface of the packing.

Second, the efficiency of separation is high. In most cases, the properties of the separated materials are closely related to the separation efficiency of the tower. In addition, the separation efficiency of the tower is also affected by the operating state, including the working pressure, the ambient temperature and the size of the flow, as well as the type and performance of the tower. Three, the pressure drop is small. In actual production, it will be found that the smaller the pressure drop is, the working pressure of the equipment will be reduced. Fourth, the operation flexibility is big. We usually require the adaptability of the equipment to be good, the so-called operation flexibility, that is to say, the equipment has certain range of adaptability to the load. Fifth, the liquid holding capacity is small. In order to ensure normal work, we also have certain requirements for its liquid holding capacity.
