Technological characteristics of the complete set of formaldehyde equipment

1. methanol is vaporized into methanol by heating. The control system controls the reaction temperature according to the ratio of oxygen to alcohol, so that the reaction is carried out in the best condition. In the process, tail gas circulation method is adopted, and part of the reaction heat is taken away from the circulating gas. The traditional process route is to take all the reaction heat away from the ingredients steam. Because of the use of the tail gas cycle method, it is possible to make industrial formaldehyde with different concentrations between 37~50% in order to meet the needs of different downstream products.

2. the structure of the main reactor oxidizer is completely different from any previous oxidant. It solves the stress corrosion and cavitation phenomenon of the oxidizer waste heat boiler section which has long been puzzled by technicians, and greatly prolongs the service life of the oxidizer. In addition, because the device has a copper rod with excellent heat transfer effect in the heat exchange tube, the gas speed is increased, and the residence time of the reaction gas in the high temperature zone is shortened. Thus the side effects are reduced. The final result is the effect of reducing the single consumption.

3. a new type of catalyst is used. The catalyst is crystallized electrolytic silver. Its mechanical strength is large, the surface is large, and it is not easy to melt knot, thus prolonging the service life (2~3 months). Reduce the trouble of replacing the catalyst. According to the production experience of formaldehyde industry, the consumption of catalyst is 0.2g/t formaldehyde.

The 4. filter uses a new filter material, the filter effect is good (0.3 mu 99.7% interception), the filtration medium is small (the initial resistance drop 25mmH2O - stop pressure drop 50mmH2O). The production capacity of the device has been improved. It also reduces the pollution of the filter media. According to the experience of many formaldehyde plants, one or two times a year are usually changed.

5. the design of absorption system is perfect. Stainless steel corrugated regular packing is used in the tower packing. Larger than surface, large porosity, favorable absorption. A slot distributor is installed in the middle of the 1# tower to redistribute the spray liquid at the top of the tower. In order to prevent formaldehyde polymerization, the top temperature of 1# tower is controlled at about 60 degrees Celsius. The 2# tower actually adds a bubble cap on the top of the tower for the 2 and 3 towers, so that it has four concentration gradients and four temperature gradients. Even in the production of high concentration formaldehyde, good absorption efficiency is ensured. 2, the lower the temperature, the better the top of the 3#.

6. advanced DCS control system makes the monitoring point on the site concentrated on two display screens, reacts a part of a interface and absorbs an interface, which is very intuitionistic in operation. When the control system is designed, the oxidation temperature (any 2 points above 5 points above 700 degrees centigrade), the liquid level of the evaporator and the waste pot level of the oxidizer are linked up (lower than the lower level of the liquid level) to cope with the sudden change. As long as one of the accidents appears, the computer system will take safe parking measures in time: the whole program will stop the blower and exhaust blower first, followed by the opening of the methanol pump, the boiler pump, the top air defense valve of the tower, and the steam valve is still open to ensure the safety of the system. The circulation pump and so on can be shut down safely in the system. In addition, through the DCS system, we can understand and handle the situation in production in time. And make production always in good production conditions. The blower adopts variable frequency speed regulation to save energy.
